Weepay Email Billing

Email Billing is an electronic way of sending billing/statements/invoices to customers , further giving them the convenience and security to pay online using their ATM cards.

WEEPAY’s Email Billing Service gives merchants an automated payment settlement system by allowing them to create and send email billings to customers, who, in turn, have quick access to their billing statements and invoices to be able to pay online. What’s more, this service could be used by both online and brick-and-mortar businesses since it does not require a merchant website.

How does it work?

1. Merchant logs on to Weepay and creates an email billing for customer.

2. Customer receives an email billing from Weepay.

3. When customer is ready to pay, clicks the “Click to Pay” link found at the bottom of the email.

4. Customer chooses payment source (e.g Bancnet, Megalink or Gcash)

5. Bancnet, Megalink or Gcash confirms payment to Weepay

6. Merchant receives an email confirmation about the customer’s payment from WEEPAY.

7. Customer receives an email confirmation regarding their payment.
