WEEPAY's terminal service is called WEEPOS. It is a service that enables merchants to increase their revenue potential by accepting credit, debit and ATM card transactions through POS (Point-of-sale) terminals. WEEPAY is currently a registered Merchant Service Provider of MAXBANK. MAXBANK is a member of PDIC and is granted authority by Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas on February 2006 to engage in general business of a thrift bank with microfinance orientation. It is a financial institution client of Visa Worldwide and as such is licensed in the Philippines to participate in Visa’s international financial service principal programs and use certain Visa-owned marks.

WEEPAY is also a Merchant Service Provider of Bancnet which allows WEEPOS terminals to accept Debit and ATM payments.

After the completion of all the necessary requirements, it would only take 14 working days for the evaluation and release of the application approval. Once approved, our Merchant Consultants (MCs) will schedule training of your personnel on proper card acceptance, use of POS terminal and ways on how to detect fraud.

WEEPAY has a strict “Settlement Today, Payment Tomorrow” policy for credit card payment and "T+2 (Transaction date plus two days)" for ATM purchases in doing the settlements of the amount of the transactions to the merchant.

Once you are certain of signing up with WEEPAY, you will just have to follow three steps.

1) Submit all the required documents. Our Merchant Consultant (or MC) will follow-up on your documents and make sure that they are immediately processed for accreditation. The list of our requirements may be sent to you via email or our Merchant Consultant will go to your office and present to your our proposal as well as give you the list of documents to submit. They will continuously communicate with you and your personnel on the status of your application.

2) Integrate WEEPAY into your website. Once your application was approved, WEEPAY will send all the integration files and coordinate with your technical person to successfully integrate WEEPAY’s payment system to your website. handling the site our Merchant Consultant will schedule a date for the installation of your POS terminal as well as the training and orientation of the people who will be authorized to use the terminal.

3) Start using the service. After the installation and training, your business may now start accepting credit, debit and ATM payments using your POS. You can make use of all materials that WEEPAY will provide you to help you promote credit, debit and ATM transactions in your store.

WEEPAY settles the amount of the transactions weekly. We give settlement reports to the merchants for them to know the summary of transactions and the amount deposited in their bank accounts.
